This Privacy Policy explains how Voidcognia Studio (“we”, “us”), operated by Oğuzhan Ofluoğlu, handles information when you use our mobile applications (the “Apps”) or contact us. We designed our Apps to collect as little personal data as possible, and this policy describes exactly what is collected and why.
Short version: your library data lives on your device and in your Google account if you sign in. We never sell your data. You can request deletion of everything associated with you at any time via our Account Deletion page.

2. Information we collect
- Account information (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, display name and e-mail address. This is used only to sync your game library, lists and reviews across devices and to identify your public profile.
- User content. Games you add, statuses, play sessions, ratings, reviews and lists that you create in the App.
- Device & performance information. Crash reports, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic identifiers such as an advertising/device ID. These are used to keep the App stable.
- Usage data. Anonymous statistics about which features are used, so we know what to improve.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health, financial or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
3. How we use information
- To provide the core service: storing and syncing your game library and profile.
- To maintain and improve the Apps: fixing crashes, measuring performance.
- To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles of your person.
4. Third-party services
The App integrates a limited number of processors:
- Google Play Services / Firebase — authentication, cloud storage of your synced data, crash reporting and analytics. Data is encrypted in transit. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Advertising partners (AdMob and similar networks) — the free tier of the App contains ads. Ad networks may process device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), consent is requested through Google’s consent flow before personalised ads are shown; you can change or withdraw consent at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or by contacting us.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
- Contract — providing the service you signed up for (your account, library and sync).
- Legitimate interests — app stability, security and abuse prevention.
- Consent — personalised advertising where applicable; withdrawable at any time.
6. Data retention
Your content is retained while your account exists so the service keeps working. When you delete your account (see Account Deletion), your profile, library, reviews and lists are permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law. Device-level local data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including GDPR in the EU/EEA, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA in California, and KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, e-mail voidcognia@gmail.com. Californian residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
8. Security
Data transmitted between the App and our infrastructure is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to stored data is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is rated “Everyone”. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page with a new effective date.
